Tricks to HIDE & HEAL A PIMPLE Fast!!!

We have all been there. You wake up in the morning and out of nowhere there is a giant pimple on your face that wasn't there when you went to bed.
DON'T STRESS!

First Decide what kind of pimple you are dealing with:

*Obvious whitehead visible:
Try using a warm washcloth to soften the pimple for a few minutes. You should then be able to gently pop it with ONE TRY. Use 2 Q-tips so that you don't irritate your skin with your finger nails. If it won't pop on the first try - Leave it alone!
*Deep and Painful Pimple with No Whitehead visible:
Do Not try to pop your pimple!

*Oozing Broken Skin, usually after too much picking:
Stop picking at your skin!

REDUCE THE SWELLING

*ICE wrapped in a paper towel

*Visene Eye Drops

*Crushed Asprin

*Coconut Oil - Hydrate your skin. If your skin is too dry it will produce more oil and actually create acne. Coconut oil is known to have anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory properties.

*Vitamin E - Break open a liquid capsule and apply before bed. This works great to heal broken skin.
*Benzoyl Peroxide

*Hydrocortisone Cream

HOW TO HIDE YOUR PIMPLE while you are waiting for it to heal:
(These pictures were taken with my Iphone and No photo editing has been done other than cropping. I did my best to keep the lighting the same for each photo. Results are 100% makeup that I applied)

First use your choice of treatments to reduce swelling: I used Ice, Coconut Oil & Glycolic Acid.

Apply liquid foundation: I used Almay Smart Shade Anti-Aging Makeup
I then used Bare Minerals Night Treatment (Med)

I sometimes use this as a spot treatment before I go to bed. It's also great to use during the day to cover and treat a blemish at the same time. It's perfect to create a shield over an oozing pimple when regular concealer will not work.

I used an additional powder for final coverage: Revlon ColorStay Pressed Powder (medium/deep)

Now you can finish your normal makup routine: bronzer, blush, mascara, lipstick, etc.
Wear something that will distract the eye from noticing your blemish. A large statement necklace, earrings, or a bright scarf.

FINAL TIPS
*Keep your hands away from your face. The dirt and oils from your fingers can cause pimples.
*Wash your face twice a day to allow your blemish to exfoliate and heal.
*Use your choice of moisturizer and acne treatment products twice a day.
*Have confidence and put a big smile on your face! You will forget all about your silly little pimple.

You Are Beautiful!!!
