This is everything I wish someone had handed me when I was struggling with chronic pain and illness.
There was a time when I was bedbound, sleeping 23 hours. a day, struggling with severe fatigue, chronic pain, migraines, vertigo, and countless other symptoms. I felt scared, hopeless, and overwhelmed.
What changed everything for me was finding people who had recovered. Each recovery story gave me a little more hope. Each video, book, meditation, and coaching resource helped me understand the mind body connection and taught me skills I will use for the rest of my life.
Healing wasn't a straight line, and I still have more healing to do. But today I am living a life I once thought was impossible.
The resources below played a significant role in my recovery. Some taught me about brain rewiring. Some helped me understand chronic symptoms in a new way. Some helped me learn boundaries, regulate my nervous system, and feel safe in my body again.
