Thank you for sharing your journey with your health. Health is everything. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I can attest to the fact that eating a gluten free, dairy free and meat free diet helps my body to to have less inflammation. When I vacation and stay in a hotel, I do not take food with me except for snacks to travel with. After we arrive, we find a local market and I buy fresh fruit and vegetables. I take my nutribullet and make smoothies. I do not eat totally raw, so I will find restaurants that serve salads, baked potatoes, and fresh seafood(I only eat fish occasionally).
