LINKUPWITHLISA #77 - Fall Neutral Outfit Idea

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! My husband, Ransom, volunteered all morning and then we stayed home and watched movies for the rest of the day. Neither one of us could eat anything exciting because he is sticking to his metabolic detox cleanse and I have dietary restrictions because of my belly pain. I went to see my surgeon last week, and found out that after my full abdominal repair with mesh and post-surgical bowel blockage, I developed severe scar tissue. The scar tissue is creating tight bands that are connecting to my organs and causing extreme pain. My colon is also inflamed, and by eating a low-fiber diet my pain is greatly reduced. Unfortunately I am not getting enough nutrients because I am a vegan and everything I normally eat is full of fiber. As a result, I have been feeling extremely tired. I have an appointment on Tuesday with a GI Specialist and I am feeling positive that she can help me :-)

Happy Thanksgiving 2016
