Our goal is to provide real jobs and real wages for people currently relying on the state for financial assistance in residential group homes who work in state funded sheltered workshops / group supported employment (work centers authorized to employ people with disabilities, often paying below minimum wages and offering little or no community interaction.)
This will be achieved through our ECO Designs Studio & Consignment store, for work performed or products made having access to the same work-related opportunities for advancements and quality of life as any other working American.
ECO embraces a ‘waste-not’ philosophy toward society, the environment, and the economy; employees will have resources and training available to develop skills that align with personal interests and talents; earning competitive wages; decreasing the dependency with state assistance; knowing the glory of personal freedom and the beauty of being valued.
